Mango Lassi

Ingredients

 

Serves 2

​

  • 1 cup mango pulp (Indian Kesari mango pulp is the best)

  • 1 cup of plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

  • Half a cup milk or plant-based milk (almond or cashew is good)

  • Crushed cardamom or sprinkle of Sobhna's Chai Masala

  • Few sprigs of mint (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method

 

  1. In a blender add mango pulp, yoghurt and milk and blitz!

  2. Add ice cubes into a glass, pour in the mango lassi, sprinkle on some crushed cardamom or chai masala and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
