HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND?
We ship New Zealand wide, and have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.90 for Urban Auckland delivery, and $11.90 for Urban delivery NZ wide. If you have a rural address, it is an additional $4 on top for NZ wide. We are Auckland based and shipping can take between 3-5 days. We also offer click and collect from Orewa.

HOW DO I STORE SOBHNA'S CURRY PASTES AND SPICE BLENDS?
Curry Paste: Store in the pantry in a cool area. Once opened store in the refrigerator, keep the rim clean, use a clean spoon, and ensure the curry paste is sealed with a layer of oil after use, to keep fresh and moist.

Dry Spice Blends: Keep in an airtight glass container (if possible) in the pantry in a cool area.

ARE THERE ANY NUTS IN SOBHNA'S PRODUCT RANGE?
No, however our products are made in a kitchen that handles tree nuts, sesame seeds, milk and products containing gluten and soy.

HOW MUCH CURRY PASTE SHOULD I USE WHEN I COOK?
We recommend approximately 1 tablespoon per 200gm of meat or vegetables. You can always start with less if you are unsure of the heat level, and top up at the end of the cooking process once you have tried it. Our curry paste is fully cooked out so can be added at any stage. This is also a great option for those cooking for both children and adults.

HOW LONG DO THE CURRY PASTES AND SPICE BLENDS LAST ONCE OPENED?
If looked after, the curry pastes will last up to 3 months in the refrigerator. They are suitable for home freezing for up to 6 months. A good tip is to freeze in an ice cube tray and then store in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Our spice blends will be good for up to 18 months once opened or until the best before date on the packet.

DO SOBHNA'S CURRY PASTE CONTAIN PALM OIL?
No, we only use sunflower oil. Our products contain no soy or palm oil, no msg, no gmo's, no artificial colours or preservatives and no fillers.

ARE SOBHNA'S PRODUCT RANGE GLUTEN-FREE AND DAIRY-FREE?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free and dairy-free. They are also suitable for vegan's and vegetarians.

DO SOBHNA'S PRODUCTS HAVE ANY ADDED SUGAR?
No, our products do not have any added sugar, the only exception is our Mango Habanero Hot Sauce.
